Enquiry and contact-form data (your name, work email, and the decision you describe); the email address you give us to subscribe to the newsletter. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts before you're asked to consent to them.
To reply to your enquiry, to send the newsletter you asked for and nothing else, and to deliver an engagement described in a signed proposal.
The Commercial Bit, and only the service providers strictly needed to run this website and send email. We do not sell or rent personal data. Anonymized commercial patterns may join our research library only where a client contract permits it.
On request, we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, subject to what we're required to keep for accounting or legal reasons. Write to [email protected].
